Dietary Services
We Care Skilled Nursing Facilities’ dietary service provides menus in accordance to residents’ food preferences based on the physician’s orders and the registered dietitian’s evaluation and assessment.

Social Services
Social services provides education and counseling to our residents and their families about their rights & responsibilities. They also work with the residents and families to help in preparing for the transition back to the community. They are the residents’ advocate.

Activities
We Care Skilled Nursing Facility has a vibrant atmosphere with dynamic, individualized activities that match the capabilities and needs of patients and their guests.
We also have an active resident council and volunteer programs. Scheduled activities include: music, fitness activities, religious meetings, outside entertainment, games, gardening, field trips/outings and volunteer involvement.
If you would like to arrange something special or have suggestions and ideas for activities, please inform our activities director. See our Calendar section for the current monthly activities.
Important Note: Due to the social distancing, these daily activities have changed from the monthly schedule.
